一、學(xué)院概況
I. Introduction
經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院成立于2013年5月,目前擁有經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融工程、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)3個本科專業(yè)。其中經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)開設(shè)于1992年,為學(xué)校重點專業(yè);金融工程專業(yè)開設(shè)于2013年,為杭州市特色專業(yè)。學(xué)院擁有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一級學(xué)科碩士點,金融工程專業(yè)碩士點。學(xué)院立足服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展,致力于打造“國際化、服務(wù)型、智庫型”學(xué)院。
Established in May 2013, theSchool of Economics currently has three undergraduate majors, i.e. Economics, Financial Engineering and Digital Economy. The major of Economics was established in 1992 and is a key major of the university; the Financial Engineering was set up in 2013 and is a characteristic major of Hangzhou city. The School has the master degree program in first-level discipline of Applied Economics, the master degree program in financial engineering. Based on local economic and social development, it is committed to creating an “international, service-oriented, think-tank” college.
二、人才培養(yǎng)
II. Talent Training
學(xué)院現(xiàn)有在校生1200余人,其中本科生1000余人、研究生140余人、留學(xué)生50余人。學(xué)院堅持“誠實守信、管理規(guī)范、青春活力、大氣開放”的培養(yǎng)理念,致力于培養(yǎng)“應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型、創(chuàng)新型”經(jīng)濟(jì)類人才。本科畢業(yè)生初次就業(yè)率始終保持在97%左右、研究生就業(yè)率100%;學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)參與率近20%。青年學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)品牌逐漸凸顯,涌現(xiàn)出了2017“浙江省十佳杰出青年”張鈔(歷屆獲獎?wù)咧械诙辉谛I?017年全國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全志愿者大會暨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全志愿者聯(lián)盟“功勛志愿者”等優(yōu)秀志愿者。
At present, the school has more than 1,200 current students, including more than 1,000 ?undergraduates, 140 graduate students, and 50 international students. The School adheres to the training concept of being “honesty, standard management, youthful vitality, openness and inclusiveness”and is committed to cultivating “applied, compound, and innovative” talents in economic management. The initial employment rate of undergraduate graduates has remained at around 97%, and the employment rate of postgraduates is 100%. The rate of students’ participation in innovation and entrepreneurship is nearly 20%. The youth volunteer service brand has gradually been highlighted and many excellent volunteers have emerged, including “2017 Zhejiang Province Top Ten Outstanding Youth” winner Zhang Chao (the second undergraduate winner of the title), and the “Meritorious Volunteers” of 2017 National Internet Security Volunteer Conference and the Internet Security Volunteer Alliance.

III. Faculty
學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工76人,其中專任教師62人,教授12人、副教授20人;具有博士學(xué)位57人,國外訪學(xué)6個月以上教師34人。新世紀(jì)百千萬人才工程國家級人選1人,浙江省“新世紀(jì)151人才”一層次1人,二層次2人,三層次1人。
At present, the college has 76 faculty members, including 62 full-time teachers, 12 professors and 20 associate professors; 57 doctoral degree holders and 34 teachers with experience of more than six months’ visiting study abroad. There are 1 national-level candidate for the New Century Talents Project , 1 first-level,2 second-level and 1 third-level “New Century 151 Talents” of Zhejiang Province.
四、學(xué)科科研
IV. Scientific Research
學(xué)院教師近五年取得了豐碩的科研成果,先后承擔(dān)包括國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、國家社會科學(xué)基金項目在內(nèi)的省部級以上項目近60項。在國際SSCI期刊及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)頂級刊物《經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》和管理學(xué)頂級刊物《管理世界》等期刊上公開發(fā)表論文近150篇,出版專著20余本,獲得包括教育部人文社科獎在內(nèi)的獎勵20余項。丁峻教授成果入選國家哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)成果文庫,為全校首個獲得此項殊榮。近三年調(diào)研報告獲得浙江省委書記、省長,杭州市委書記、市長等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)肯定性批示20余次。
In the past five years, the teachers of the School have achieved fruitful scientific research results, and have successively undertaken nearly 60 projects of provincial-level and ministry-level and above, including the National Natural Science Foundation Project and the National Social Science Fund Project. The have published nearly 150 papers in the international SSCI journals, “Economic Research” (top domestic periodical for economics), “Management World” (the top periodical for management) and other periods, published more than 20 monographs, won more than 20 awards, including Humanities and Social Sciences Award of Ministry of Education. Professor Ding Jun’s achievements were selected by the National Philosophy and Social Science Achievements Library and Prof. Ding was the first in the university to win this honor. In the past three years, more than research reports of the faculty have been approvingly commented by the secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Secretary, the Governor, the secretary of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary, the Mayor and other leaders.
五、國際交流
V. International Exchange
學(xué)院堅持開放辦學(xué),積極開展國際交流與合作,目前已開設(shè)國際留學(xué)生項目——經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)(國際貿(mào)易方向)、金融工程兩個全英文專業(yè),已招收國際留學(xué)生百余名;2017年與美國北卡羅萊納大學(xué)彭布洛克試點開展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)“121”雙學(xué)位項目;并與比利時VIVES大學(xué)、英國考文垂大學(xué)、法國INSEEC高等商學(xué)院、美國肯恩大學(xué)等國外院校建立良好合作。
The School insists on open education and actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation. At present, it has launched international student programs and two full-English majors, i.e. Economics (international trade direction) and Financial Engineering and has enrolled more than 100 international students;. In 2017, the School cooperated with Pembroke Pilot University of North Carolina to launch “121” dual degree program in Economics and established good cooperation with University of VIVES in Belgium, Coventry University in UK, INSEEC Higher Business College in France, Kean University in USA, and other foreign colleges and universities.

VI. Social Service
學(xué)院致力于服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展,近年來,先后承辦了國家人社部、浙江省人社廳、杭州市人社局知識更新工程高研項目8項,培訓(xùn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、特色小鎮(zhèn)、旅游管理等方面的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才達(dá)600余人,并獲批浙江省人社廳省級專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育基地。積極與杭州國際城市學(xué)研究中心開展項目研修合作,共同舉辦江蘇省南京市溧水區(qū)規(guī)劃局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部培訓(xùn)班、河南省開封市“文化+”領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部研習(xí)班。積極推進(jìn)杭州產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究院(杭州城西科創(chuàng)大走廊產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究院)、“新興產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市治理”等新型智庫建設(shè)。
The School is committed to serving local economic and social development. In recent years, it has hosted 8 knowledge update engineering high research projects of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and was approved as Provincial Level Professionals Further Educational Base by Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province. The School has actively cooperated with Hangzhou International Urbanology Research Center in project research and studies, co-hosted Nanjin Lishui District Planning Bureau Leading Cadres Training Class in Jiangsu Province and Kaifeng “Culture +” Leading Cadres Workshop in Henan Province. The School actively promoted the construction of Hangzhou Industrial Development Research Institute (West Hangzhou Scientific Innovation Corridor Industrial Development Research Institute), think tanks for “Emerging Industries and Urban Governance” and other new type of think tanks.
