化工與能源技術(shù)學(xué)部

學(xué)部秉承原三校(上?;瘜?、上海輕專、上海冶專)60余年的辦學(xué)歷史積淀,于2000年合校之初由化工工藝、精細(xì)化工、表面精飾、化工分析等專業(yè)方向組建上海應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)部化學(xué)工程系,2009年在化學(xué)工程系的基礎(chǔ)上組建化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,在此基礎(chǔ)上,2025年4月成立化工與能源技術(shù)學(xué)部。

學(xué)部現(xiàn)開設(shè)5個本科專業(yè),分別是化學(xué)工程與工藝、制藥工程、應(yīng)用化學(xué)、環(huán)境工程和給排水科學(xué)與工程。其中化學(xué)工程與工藝是國家級一流本科專業(yè)、教育部卓越計劃試點專業(yè)、中國工程教育認(rèn)證專業(yè)、上海市首批應(yīng)用型本科試點專業(yè);制藥工程是中國工程教育認(rèn)證專業(yè)、國家一流專業(yè)、上海市應(yīng)用型本科試點專業(yè);應(yīng)用化學(xué)是國家級綜合改革試點專業(yè)、上海市本科教育高地等。學(xué)部還擁有“化學(xué)工程與技術(shù)”一級學(xué)科博士點和“材料與化工”專業(yè)碩士授權(quán)點,并可招收培養(yǎng)“生態(tài)學(xué)”學(xué)術(shù)型研究生,以及“資源與環(huán)境”、“生物與醫(yī)藥”等專業(yè)碩士領(lǐng)域研究生。

學(xué)部建有基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)實驗中心、各專業(yè)實驗中心、化工實訓(xùn)基地和虛擬仿真中心,其中基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)實驗中心是首批上海市級實驗教學(xué)示范中心,化工實訓(xùn)基地?fù)碛辛闩欧乓宜嵋阴ァ⒚褐萍状嫉却笮蛯嵱?xùn)生產(chǎn)線。同時,還擁有“上海市先進(jìn)功能特種潤滑技術(shù)融創(chuàng)中心”、“山東省高端特種油技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心”“上海綠色氟代制藥工程技術(shù)研究中心”、“上海藥物合成工藝過程工程技術(shù)研究中心”四個省部級工程技術(shù)研究中心以及一個行業(yè)工程技術(shù)中心金屬加工特種潤滑技術(shù)工程研究中心,并與普洛藥業(yè)股份有限公司共建“綠色藥物合成與智能制造協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究院”,與上?;ぱ芯吭骸①惪剖?、科思創(chuàng)聚合物(中國)有限公司、英威達(dá)尼龍化工(中國)有限公司、上海騰瑞制藥有限公司、島津公司等共建聯(lián)合實驗室和研究基地。

學(xué)部現(xiàn)有教工183人,專任教師139人,教授29人,93%專任教師具有博士學(xué)位,“雙師型”教師比例達(dá)到80.24%,擁有國家“百千萬”人才、享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才、上海市領(lǐng)軍人才、上海市優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人和上海市曙光學(xué)者等優(yōu)秀的專家學(xué)者。

學(xué)部堅持“為黨育人、為國育才”的初心使命,以“創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享”五大發(fā)展理念為引領(lǐng),以化工學(xué)科博士點建設(shè),打造現(xiàn)代制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)部為契機(jī),激發(fā)學(xué)科潛力、優(yōu)化專業(yè)布局,努力發(fā)展成為具有一定社會影響力的高水平應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新型學(xué)部。

The Faculty builds upon the educational legacy of its three predecessor institutions-Shanghai College of Chemical Technology, Shanghai College of Light Industry, and Shanghai College of Metallurgy-with a history spanning more than six decades. In 2000, following the merger of these colleges, the Faculty integrated disciplines including Chemical Technology, Fine Chemicals, Surface Finishing, and Chemical Analysis to establish the Department of Chemical Engineering. On this foundation, the College of Chemical and Environmental Engineering was founded in 2009. Subsequently, in April 2025, the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Energy Technology was officially established.

The Faculty currently offers five undergraduate programs: Chemical Engineering and Technology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, and Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering. Among these, Chemical Engineering and Technology is recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program, a pilot program under the Ministry of Education’s “Excellence Initiative”, an Engineering Education Accreditation-certified program in China, and one of the first application-oriented undergraduate pilot programs in Shanghai; Pharmaceutical Engineering is also accredited by Engineering Education Certification, recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program, and serves as an application-oriented undergraduate pilot program in Shanghai; Applied Chemistry is designated as a National Comprehensive Reform Pilot Program and a Key Discipline in Shanghai’s higher education system. In addition to undergraduate education, the Faculty offers a doctoral program in the first-level discipline of Chemical Engineering and Technology, a master’s program in Materials and Chemical Engineering, an academic master’s program in Ecology, and professional master’s programs in Resources and Environment as well as Biological and Medicine.

The Faculty has established a comprehensive platform for practical teaching and research, which includes the Basic Chemistry Experiment Center, specialized discipline laboratories, a Chemical Engineering Training Base, and a Virtual Simulation Center. The Basic Chemistry Experiment Center was among the first batch of municipal-level Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers in Shanghai. The Chemical Engineering Training Base is equipped with large-scale training production lines, such as a zero-discharge ethyl acetate process and a coal-to-methanol process. Additionally, the Faculty hosts four provincial/ministerial-level engineering technology research centers: Shanghai Advanced Functional Special Lubrication Technology Innovation Center, Shandong High-End Special Oil Technology Innovation Center, Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Green Fluoropharmaceutical Technology, and Shanghai Engineering Technology Research Center for Pharmaceutical Synthesis Processes. It also operates one industry-level engineering center: the Metal Processing Special Lubrication Technology Engineering Research Center. In collaboration with Apeloa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the Faculty has established the Green Pharmaceutical Synthesis and Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation Institute. Joint laboratories and research bases have been set up with several leading institutions and enterprises, including the Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry, Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Covestro Polymers (China) Co., Ltd., INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Tenry Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Shimadzu Corporation, et al.

The Faculty currently has 183 staff members, including 139 full-time faculty. Among them, there are 29 professors, and 93% hold doctoral degrees. The proportion of "Dual-Qualified" teachers (with both theoretical and practical teaching) reaches 80.24%. The team includes distinguished experts and scholars such as recipients of the National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talent Project, the State Council Special Allowance Expert, talents supported by Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, the Shanghai Leading Talents Program, the Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leaders Plan, and the Shanghai Dawn Scholars Plan.

Guided by the founding mission of "educating talents for the Party and the Nation", and adhering to the Five Development Concepts of "innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing", the Faculty is committed to unlocking disciplinary potential and optimizing program offerings. This effort is driven by the development of the doctoral program in Chemical Engineering and Technology and the establishment of a modern pharmaceutical industry faculty. Our goal is to evolve into a high-level, application-oriented, and innovative faculty with significant societal influence.
