星海音樂學(xué)院國際學(xué)院的前身是成立于2016年9月的星海音樂學(xué)院國際教育學(xué)院，2019年5月更名后，重新起航。依托學(xué)校資源，國際學(xué)院合理利用中國（教育部）留學(xué)服務(wù)中心及國際一流音樂院校間的合作平臺優(yōu)勢，成功運營“出國留學(xué)培訓(xùn)國際本科2+2項目”和“星海音樂學(xué)院—美國舊金山音樂學(xué)院3+2本碩連讀項目”，與此同時，還專注于中外合作辦學(xué)、出國留學(xué)培訓(xùn)、國際音樂課程研發(fā)，以及專業(yè)技能語言培訓(xùn)等領(lǐng)域的工作。

截至目前，“出國留學(xué)培訓(xùn)國際本科2+2項目”共招收三屆學(xué)員共239人，首屆結(jié)業(yè)學(xué)員61人，共收到包括哈德斯菲爾德大學(xué)、英國創(chuàng)意藝術(shù)大學(xué)等9所海外合作院校的207份錄取通知書，錄取率94%，獲獎學(xué)金總額10.1萬英鎊?！靶呛Ｒ魳穼W(xué)院 & 舊金山音樂學(xué)院3+2本碩連讀項目”共受理三屆五個合作專業(yè)57人的報讀申請，最終13人成功獲得錄取，獲獎學(xué)金總額25.5萬美元。2022年，國際學(xué)院即將啟動與美國堪薩斯大學(xué)音樂學(xué)院合作的“3+2本碩連讀項目”以及與西班牙利賽歐音樂學(xué)院合作的“交換生項目”。

在不斷鞏固在建國際教育項目優(yōu)異成果的同時，國際學(xué)院還專注于國際音樂課程的研發(fā)、專業(yè)技能語言培訓(xùn)以及基于項目建設(shè)與階段性成果的學(xué)術(shù)科研工作。國際學(xué)院目前面向全校在讀本科生、研究生開設(shè)了《音樂留學(xué)規(guī)劃指引》等國際模塊公選課程三門，已面授650余人；3+2項目語言銜接課程一門，已連續(xù)開展三年，成績斐然；成功立項省級科研課題兩項、校級科研課題四項以及大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目四項；獲得校級教改成果三等獎一個。

隨著辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗的不斷積累、項目品牌的成功樹立以及教學(xué)質(zhì)量的嚴(yán)格保障，國際學(xué)院不斷收到國內(nèi)外頂尖教育機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)來的合作意向。未來短期內(nèi)發(fā)展規(guī)劃包括：校際人才聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、碩博連讀項目，并將持續(xù)研發(fā)以服務(wù)于音樂留學(xué)為目的的多語種語言與銜接課程。

圍繞星海音樂學(xué)院的總體辦學(xué)定位與人才培養(yǎng)總目標(biāo)，國際學(xué)院將繼續(xù)以促進(jìn)本校師生及管理人員的國際交流為宗旨，積極開拓與世界頂級音樂院校和文化機(jī)構(gòu)的合作渠道，共同探索高端國際音樂人才的培養(yǎng)規(guī)律與模式，為進(jìn)一步提升學(xué)校的國際化辦學(xué)水平，努力打造“星海國際+”的特色國際教育平臺。

The International College of Xinghai Conservatory of Music (ICXHCM), formerly known as the International Education College of Xinghai Conservatory of Music(XHCM), was founded in September 2016. The college was renamed as the International College of Xinghai Conservatory of Music in May 2019. Relying on the resources of Xinghai Conservatory of Music (XHCM), the ICXHCM takes the advantage of the cooperation platform between the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange and world-class conservatories, successfully operating the "International Undergraduate Course of Study Abroad Training Program (2+2)" and the “XHCM & SFCM 3+2 Collegiate Program”. The ICXHCM also focuses on other fields, including sino-foreign cooperative education programs, study abroad training projects, international components designing as well as professional developments and language training courses. The "Study Abroad Training Program (2+2)" has recruited 239 students in the past three calendar years. 61 students have successfully completed the entire course and received 207 offers from 9 overseas partner institutions, including University of Huddersfield and University of the Creative Arts. They enjoyed an acceptance rate of 94% and a total scholarship of 101,000 pounds. The “XHCM & SFCM 3+2 Collegiate Program” has received 57 applications from five cooperative majors in the last three years. 13 applicants were successfully admitted with a total scholarship of 255,000 dollars. In 2022, the ICXHCM is aiming to launch a “Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Program” with the School of Music of University of Kansas and an "Exchange Program" with the Liceu Conservatory of Music. While continuing to consolidate the outstanding achievements of the international education programs, the ICXHCM also focuses on academic studies in international music education at tertiary level. At present, ICXHCM has developed three selective courses of international modules for undergraduates and postgraduates at XHCM, such as "Music: Guidance and Strategies on Study Abroad ", having been taught to more than 650 students. The 3+2 program language bridging course has been running for three years with remarkable achievements. Two provincial-level research projects, four school-level research projects and four college students innovation projects have been successfully approved. Besides, ICXHCM has won the third prize of the XHCM Teaching Reform Achievement. With continuous accumulation of experience in the aforementioned fields, success of establishing the ICXHCM Name and strict guarantee of teaching quality, the International College has received cooperation intentions from top educational institutions from domestic and abroad. The short-term development plan includes sino-foreign cooperative education program, master-doctoral collegiate program, and continuous development of multilingual language bridging courses for study abroad in music.

According to the school-running orientation and the cultivation objective of XHCM, ICXHCM will actively develop the cooperation avenues with world's leading conservatories and cultural institutions, and explore the regularity and pattern of cultivating high-end international musical talents in order to promote opportunities of students and staff’s international exchange. To further advance the standard in international education, ICXHCM will dedicate itself to scaffolding a distinctive international education platform of "Xinghai International +".
