中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)國(guó)際事務(wù)與公共管理學(xué)院成立于2018年9月。目前，學(xué)院擁有“政治學(xué)”與“公共管理”2個(gè)一級(jí)碩士授予點(diǎn)，“政治學(xué)與行政學(xué)”、“行政管理”、“公共事業(yè)管理”3個(gè)本科專業(yè)，以及1個(gè)公共管理專業(yè)碩士（MPA）學(xué)位點(diǎn)，并在法學(xué)院法學(xué)一級(jí)博士點(diǎn)下的“公共政策與法律”二級(jí)博士點(diǎn)招生和培養(yǎng)博士生。行政管理專業(yè)于2020年獲批國(guó)家級(jí)一流專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)，政治學(xué)與行政學(xué)專業(yè)于2021年獲批國(guó)家級(jí)一流專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)，公共事業(yè)管理專業(yè)于2021年獲批山東省級(jí)一流專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)，學(xué)院實(shí)現(xiàn)一流專業(yè)100%全覆蓋，處于全國(guó)、全校前列。

學(xué)院擁有在讀全日制本科生582人，全日制碩士研究生145人，MPA在職攻讀專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生800余人。

學(xué)院下設(shè)政治學(xué)、行政管理、公共事業(yè)管理三個(gè)系，擁有一支學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理、富有朝氣和科研潛力的師資隊(duì)伍?，F(xiàn)有教職工80人，專職教師63人。其中，教授17人，副教授26人。教育部新世紀(jì)人才2人，泰山學(xué)者特聘專家1人、青年專家1人，中美富布賴特研究學(xué)者2人。繁榮工程教授1人，青年英才15人。國(guó)內(nèi)知名公共管理專家婁成武先生擔(dān)任名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)。

學(xué)院注重科研與教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)。在學(xué)科整合的過程中，進(jìn)一步凝聚研究共識(shí)，夯實(shí)學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)，形成了行政管理、公共政策、資源與環(huán)境管理、全球海洋治理等結(jié)構(gòu)合理、特色鮮明的研究領(lǐng)域和研究團(tuán)隊(duì)，科研成果顯著。近5年主持國(guó)家社科基金海洋研究專項(xiàng)重大項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目18項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、教育部等省部級(jí)課題20余項(xiàng)；出版專著、教材20余部；在 SSCI、CSSCI等高水平期刊發(fā)表論文210余篇，獲省部級(jí)及以上教學(xué)科研成果獎(jiǎng)10余項(xiàng)。

School of International Affairs and Public Administration of Ocean University of China was founded in September 2018. The school offers three undergraduate degree programs，namely political science，public administration and public affairs administration. It has two first-level disciplines，namely political science and public administration and it offers MPA program. Our school recruits the Ph.D students of public policy and law under doctoral program of Law. The undergraduate program of public administration are selected as national leading discipline in 2020, political science are selected as national leading discipline in 2021, and public affairs management is selected as provincial leading discipline in2021.Currently，all the undergraduate majors in our school are leading disciplines which is among the best in OUC and China.

Currently the school has 582 undergraduates，145 graduates and more than 800 MPA students.

The school has vigor and potential faculty team.There are 72 faulty members and 57 full-time teachers. Among them, there are 20 professors and 25 associate professors. There are 2 New Century Talents of Chinese Ministry of Education, 1 Taishan Scholar Young Expert and 3 Fulbright Scholars ,1 professor of Prosperity Programme and 13 Young Talents. All faculty members of the school have doctor’s degrees. Lou Chengwu, a well-known public administration expert in China, serves as our honorary dean. ? ? ?The school attaches great importance to academic research and teaching. In the process of discipline integration, research consensus has been further consolidated and discipline foundation has been consolidated. The research teams of public administration，public policy，resource and environmental management and global ocean governance have formed reasonable structure and distinctive characteristics. Over the past 5 years，scholars of SIAPA have presided 2 major Marine research programme funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China，18 projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China，2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 20 provincial and ministerial projects. Scholars in the school have published more than 20 monographs and textbooks and published more than 210 papers of SSCI, CSSCI and other high-level journals, and we have won more than 10 provincial and ministerial awards for teaching and scientific research achievements.
