海南大學(xué)國際商學(xué)院成立于2023年6月18日，前身為原海南大學(xué)管理學(xué)院和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院，起源為1980年開設(shè)農(nóng)林經(jīng)濟(jì)管理干部培訓(xùn)班。

學(xué)院堅(jiān)持“學(xué)科立院、人才強(qiáng)院、開放興院、制度治院”的辦學(xué)方略，以“貢獻(xiàn)經(jīng)管智慧，培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才，服務(wù)自貿(mào)港建設(shè)”為使命，以工商管理一級學(xué)科博士點(diǎn)建設(shè)為龍頭，著力促進(jìn)多管理學(xué)科交叉融合發(fā)展，遵循“本碩博”一體化辦學(xué)理念，致力成為區(qū)域內(nèi)一流商學(xué)院。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工227人，其中專任教師189人，副高級職稱以上133人，擁有省部級及以上人才稱號的教師172人，包括國家百千萬工程人選、財(cái)政部會計(jì)名家、全國會計(jì)領(lǐng)軍人才等國家級高層次人才、海南省杰出人才、海南省領(lǐng)軍人才等。由學(xué)院教師組成的科研創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)已形成一定的影響力，多個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)多名成員在相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任職務(wù)，促進(jìn)了良好的學(xué)術(shù)交流，部分教授已成為政府部門相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜遥瑸榈胤浇?jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)智慧和力量。

學(xué)院目前擁有工商管理一級學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)及博士后科研流動站，工商管理、農(nóng)林經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、管理科學(xué)與工程和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等4個(gè)一級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。工商管理作為海南省唯一的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理類博士點(diǎn)，系海南省特色重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，在教育部第五輪學(xué)科被評估為B級。在軟科中國最好學(xué)科排名中，工商管理學(xué)科從2023年進(jìn)入前12%。應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科在2023年軟科中國最好學(xué)科排名中由100位提升至82位，取得了快速進(jìn)步。學(xué)院擁有工商管理碩士（MBA）、會計(jì)碩士（MPAcc）、農(nóng)業(yè)碩士（農(nóng)村發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)管理方向）、金融碩士（MF）和國際商務(wù)碩士（MIB）共5個(gè)專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士授權(quán)點(diǎn)。工商管理、會計(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)林經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、物流管理、金融學(xué)、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易等6個(gè)本科專業(yè)均為國家級一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)。此外還設(shè)有商務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)1個(gè)國際留學(xué)生本科專業(yè)。工商管理、會計(jì)學(xué)、物流管理、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易在軟科中國大學(xué)2023年專業(yè)排名中專業(yè)評級為A，專業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。

學(xué)院已逐步形成了“本碩博一體化”培養(yǎng)體系，目前擁有全日制現(xiàn)有在校本科生3077人（留學(xué)生30人），研究生1469人（留學(xué)生38人），其中博士研究107人（留學(xué)生21人）。

學(xué)院立足海南，貢獻(xiàn)經(jīng)管智慧，目前擁有會計(jì)中外人文交流研究院、海南省公司治理研究院、海南省開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院、中國(海南)競爭政策研究中心、海南省創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)研究院、自貿(mào)港反洗錢教育基地、海南省期貨人才培養(yǎng)基地等研究基地。

The International Business School of Hainan University was founded on June 18th, 2023. Its former was Management School and School of Economics in Hainan University, originated from the cadres’ training course for the major of Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management in 1980.

The school adheres to the school-running strategies of "constructing the school with disciplines, strengthening the school with talents, attaining prosperity by opening up and managing the school with rules and regulations", and takes "contributing management wisdom, cultivating high-quality talents and serving the construction of free trade port" as its responsibility. Taking the construction of a doctoral program of first-class discipline of business administration as the lead, the school focuses on promoting the cross integration and development of multiple management disciplines, follows the ideas for school-running of integrating undergraduate, master and doctor as a whole, and strives to become a first-class business school in the region.

There are 227 faculty members in the college, including 189 full-time teachers, 133 with associate senior titles or above, and 172 teachers with provincial and ministerial titles, including national high-level talents such as national millions of engineering candidates, accounting experts from the Ministry of Finance, national accounting leading talents, and outstanding talents and leading talents from Hainan Province. Among them, there are 2 national talents, 5 talents in Hainan Province's 515 talent project, 9 famous Hainan talents, and 83 talents in Hainan Province's D and above. The scientific research and innovation team composed of school teachers has formed a certain influence. Many members of several teams hold positions in relevant academic institutions, which has promoted good academic exchanges. Some professors have become experts in related fields of government departments and contributed wisdom and strength to the development of local economy and society.

At present, the college has a doctoral program of first-class discipline of business administration and post-doctoral research mobile station, and four master’s programs of first-class disciplines, including business administration, agriculture and forestry economic management, scientific management and engineering and applied economics. As the only doctoral program in economic management in Hainan Province, business administration is a key discipline with characteristics in Hainan Province. It was evaluated as Grade B in the fifth round of disciplines by the Ministry of Education, and ranked 90th in soft science in 2022. The fifth round of discipline evaluation of applied economics is C+, and the soft science ranks 100th in 2022, ranking the top 40%. The school also has five professional master's programs, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc), Master of Agriculture (direction of rural development and agricultural management), Master of Finance (MF) and Master of International Business (MIB). There are six undergraduate majors in business administration, accounting, agricultural and forestry economic management, logistics management, finance, international economy and trade, and one undergraduate major for international students in business economics. All six majors are the national construction of an undergraduate program of first-class discipline.

The school has gradually formed a "school-running of integrating undergraduate, master and doctor as a whole" training system. At present, it has 3077 full-time undergraduates (30 international students) and 1469 masters (38 international students), including 107 doctors (21 international students).

The school currently has research bases such as the Research Institute of International People-to-People Exchange for Accounting, Hainan Institute of Corporate Governance, Hainan Open Economy Research Institute, China (Hainan) Competition Policy Research Center, Hainan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Institute, Anti-Money Laundering Education Base of the Free Trade Port, and Futures Talent Training Base of Hainan Province.
