2025年3月，對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學(xué)整合國際經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易學(xué)院與國際經(jīng)濟研究院相關(guān)學(xué)科資源，成立經(jīng)濟學(xué)院。經(jīng)濟學(xué)院師資力量雄厚，擁有理論經(jīng)濟學(xué)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學(xué)兩個國家一級學(xué)科博士點，是我校理論經(jīng)濟學(xué)建設(shè)牽頭單位，在學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會服務(wù)、國際交流合作等方面具有很好的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。經(jīng)濟學(xué)院遵循“研道以經(jīng)邦 育才以濟世”之精神，秉承貿(mào)大深耕開放經(jīng)濟理論之傳統(tǒng)，旨在提升學(xué)校構(gòu)建中國經(jīng)濟學(xué)基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科高質(zhì)量教育體系的能力，積極參與構(gòu)建我國經(jīng)濟學(xué)自主知識體系，著力建設(shè)具有鮮明貿(mào)大特色的理論經(jīng)濟學(xué)學(xué)科體系、學(xué)術(shù)體系和話語體系，全力支持我校經(jīng)濟學(xué)科服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略。

In March 2025, the University of International Business and Economics combined the pertinent resources at the School of International Trade and Economics and the Institute of International Economic Research to establish the School of Economics. The School of Economics has a strong faculty and hosts two national first-level doctoral programs in theoretical economics and applied economics. It is the leading organization for the construction of theoretical economics in our university and provides a good development foundation in academic development, talent training, scientific research, social services, and international exchanges and cooperation. The School of Economics follows the spirit of "studying the truth for public policy and cultivating talents to benefit society", upholds UIBE’s tradition of commitment to the school of open economy. It aims to enhance the school's capability to build a high-quality, basic economics education system with Chinese characteristics, and actively participate in the establishment of China’s indigenous economics discipline system, academic system and discourse system with distinct UIBE characteristics, and fully support our university’s efforts to serve the country’s major strategies.
