經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院是2020年底在原商學(xué)院和原社會發(fā)展與管理學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)上合并成立，培養(yǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、法學(xué)專業(yè)人才的二級學(xué)院。學(xué)院是國務(wù)院第六屆“全國助殘先進(jìn)集體”、中宣部第二批全國學(xué)雷鋒示范點(diǎn)、教育部第二批“三全育人”綜合改革試點(diǎn)院（系）、浙江省第二批黨建工作標(biāo)桿院系。

The School of Economics and Management was established at the end of 2020 based on the merger of the former School of Business and School of Social Development and Management to train professionals in economics, management and law. The School has been awarded the sixth “National Advanced Collective for the Disabled” by the State Council, the second batch of National Demonstration Site of “Learning from Lei Fei” by the Publicity Department of CPC Central Committee, the second batch of “Three-wide Education”comprehensive reform pilot by the Ministry of Education, and the second batch of party building work benchmark departments in Zhejiang Province.

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有在編教職員工95人，其中專任教師79人，現(xiàn)有教授、副教授高級職稱人員37人；博士（含在讀）70人。近年來，學(xué)院教師主持、參與國家社科基金項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、教育部重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等近100項(xiàng)；多名教師分別被評為省高校中青年學(xué)科帶頭人、省之江青年學(xué)者、湖州市1112人才工程學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人后備人選、“南太湖本土高層次人才特殊支持計(jì)劃”、市學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人、校教學(xué)名師、教壇新秀、陸增鏞優(yōu)秀教師、省優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者、省優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)員等。學(xué)院柔性引進(jìn)5位包括“長江學(xué)者”在內(nèi)的國內(nèi)知名學(xué)者。

The School currently has 95 faculty and staff members, including 79 full-time faculty, 37 professors and associate professors, and 70 PhDs (including PhD candidates). In recent years, the faculty have led over and participated in the nearly 100 projects sponsored by National Social Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation and Ministry of Education, etc.; A number of faculty have been awarded as provincial young and middle-aged discipline leaders in colleges and universities, provincial “Zhijiang” youth scholars, reserve candidates of academic and technical leaders of Huzhou 1112 Talent Project, “South Taihu Lake Local High-level Talent Special Support Plan”, academic technology leader of the city, university-level famous teachers, emerging talent in teaching, Lu Zengxuan excellent teachers, provincial outstanding party workers, and provincial excellent counselors. The School flexibly attracts five well-known domestic famous scholars including “Changjiang Scholars”.

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有國際商務(wù)、旅游管理2個專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)；國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)、物流管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、金融工程、行政管理、旅游管理、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)8個本科專業(yè)。1個國家一流專業(yè)（電子商務(wù)），1個省級一流專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易），1個市級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科（應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)），3個市級重點(diǎn)建設(shè)專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)、行政管理），1個校級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科（工商管理），1個校級重點(diǎn)扶持學(xué)科（旅游管理）、4個校級重點(diǎn)和一流專業(yè)（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)、行政管理、物流管理）。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有1個專業(yè)國際化項(xiàng)目（國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易/國際商務(wù)），10門省級一流課程，1個省級實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心，簽約9個教育部產(chǎn)教協(xié)同育人項(xiàng)目。

There are 2 professional master's degree programs in international business and tourism management; 8 undergraduate programs in international economics and trade, e-commerce, logistics management, financial management, financial engineering, public administration, tourism management, and intellectual property. Among them, there is 1 national first-class program (e-commerce), 1 provincial first-class program (international economics and trade), 1 municipal key discipline (applied economics), 3 municipal key construction majors (international economics and trade, e-commerce, public administration), 1 university-level key discipline (business administration), 1 university-level key supporting discipline (tourism management), 4 university-level key and first-class majors (international economics and trade, e-commerce, public administration, logistics management). The school ?has 1 professional internationalization program (international economics and trade/international business), 10 provincial-level first-class courses, 1 provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration center, and 9 co-education projects of Integration of Industry and Education sponsored by the Ministry of Education.

學(xué)院建有沈家本法學(xué)院，有國家林業(yè)和草原局共同富裕長三角林業(yè)國家創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟、國家鄉(xiāng)村旅游扶貧觀測中心（全國唯一）、浙江鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究院（全省唯一）、商科實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)省級示范中心、湖州鄉(xiāng)村旅游事業(yè)發(fā)展中心、湖州現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)智庫、湖州旅游標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會等國家、省市級學(xué)科、科研平臺。有旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基地1個，湖州市宣傳文化創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),企業(yè)管理和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)2個校級“雙十”重點(diǎn)社會服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì),校首批“十佳服務(wù)地方團(tuán)隊(duì)”，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型研究和企業(yè)管理校級科研創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。有村域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)研究所、管理量化研究所和山地生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所、鄉(xiāng)村旅游研究所、小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展研究所等研究機(jī)構(gòu)。

The School has built Shen Jiaben Law School and is accredited as national, provincial and municipal disciplines and scientific research platforms, including National Forestry and Grassland Bureau Common Wealth Yangtze River Delta Forestry National Innovation Alliance, National Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Observation Center (the only one in the country), Zhejiang Rural Tourism Research Institute (the only one in the province), Provincial Demonstration Center for Experimental Teaching in Business, Huzhou Rural Tourism Business Development Center, Huzhou Modern Service Industry Think Tank, Huzhou Tourism Standardization Technical Committee, etc. There are one tourism culture industry talent training base, Huzhou propaganda and culture innovation team, two university-level Double Ten key social service teams including Enterprise Management and Modern Service industry, the first batch of ?Top 10 best social service teams, and the university-level scientific research and innovation team in regional economic development and transformation research as well as enterprise management. There are several university-level academic institutions affiliated to the School, including the institute of Village Economic, the institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the institute of Management Quantitative, the institute of Mountain Eco-economy, the institute of Rural Tourism, and the institute of Small Town Development.

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有在讀學(xué)生1627人，51個班級，其中國內(nèi)研究生49人，美國、法國、俄羅斯等國留學(xué)生74人，2個留學(xué)生本科班、2個留學(xué)生研究生班。

The School has 1,627 students and 51 classes, including 49 domestic graduate students，74 international students from the United States, France, Russia and other countries, 2 international undergraduate class and 2 international graduate class.
