四川外國語大學(xué)國際教育學(xué)院，有著40余年的外語教育類人才培養(yǎng)歷史，是集本科教育和研究生培養(yǎng)為一體的教學(xué)科研單位。目前，學(xué)院擁有教育學(xué)一級學(xué)科和教育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位兩類碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，有教育學(xué)、學(xué)前教育（師范）、小學(xué)教育（師范）三個(gè)本科專業(yè)，有重慶市國際教育發(fā)展研究中心、重慶教育法治研究中心、四川外國語大學(xué)幼兒雙語教育研究中心、明德學(xué)堂等多個(gè)省部級、校級平臺(tái)。

College of International Education, with integrated both undergraduate education and postgraduate education at Sichuan International Studies University (SISU), has specialized in the cultivation of talents capable of foreign language for more than 40 years. Now, the college has one first-level master degree authorization program (Pedagogy), one master professional degree authorization program (Education), three undergraduate programs (Pedagogy, Preschool Education [Teacher Training] and Primary Education[Teacher Training]), as well as some platforms at ministerial, provincial and school levels such as Chongqing International Education Development and Research Center, Chongqing Educational and Legal Research Center, SISU Childhood Bilingual Education Research Center, and Ming De Xue Tang (a national chain post-school education institution devoted to studies of Chinese ancient civilization).

學(xué)院以“高起點(diǎn)、高水平、有特色”為發(fā)展愿景，遵循“國際化、精英化、應(yīng)用型”的辦學(xué)理念，彰 顯“教育+語言”的辦學(xué)特色與思路，實(shí)行“專家設(shè)計(jì)、教授引領(lǐng)、制度管理、人人參與”的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，根植教育，面向國際，形成了外語教育與國別教育兩條重要的發(fā)展路徑?！笆奈濉逼陂g，學(xué)院將繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持以人才培養(yǎng)為根本，以學(xué)科建設(shè)為龍頭，以隊(duì)伍建設(shè)為支撐，以社會(huì)服務(wù)為宗旨，堅(jiān)持走內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路，努力把學(xué)院建設(shè)成為西南地區(qū)卓越、全國有重要影響力的高水平國際化教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)。

College of International Education always sticks to its development vision of “High Starting Point, High Level Education, and Distinctive Characteristics”, its operation concept of “internationalization, meritocracy and practicality” its effort to manifest the characteristic and mode of “education + language”, and its operation mechanism of “designed by experts, guided by professors, managed by system, and participated by everyone. It takes root in education and orients itself towards international practice, thus forming the two important development paths: foreign language education and country-specific education. During “the 14th Five-Year Plan” period, the college will continue to take talent cultivation as its basic mission, to consolidate the leading role of discipline construction, to emphasize the support of faculty construction, to practice the tenet of serving society, and to follow a path featuring intensive development, sparing no effort to develop into a high-level international teaching and research institution distinguished in Southwest China and influential all across the country.
